Always start small and work your way up. We recommend only eating half a piece to two pieces to start to see how you react to it.
Your weight, size & state of mind has to play when it comes to mushrooms. So the bigger you are, generally the more you need but isn't always the case. Make sure you are in a good state of mind and good environment when using this product.
If you are new or have low tolerance start small and work your way up. If you feel you need more then eat another piece just remember you can always eat more and not less!
