What is an Oxymel?

An oxymel is a traditional preparation made by combining raw honey and apple cider vinegar. Our oxymels are created by slowly infusing mushrooms, fruits, and herbs into organic apple cider vinegar before blending with wildflower honey.

Think of it as a non-alcoholic extraction and infusion process that captures the character of the ingredients in a convenient liquid form. Unlike consuming whole mushroom powder, an oxymel contains significantly less chitin and offers an easy, enjoyable way to incorporate mushrooms into your routine.
